Day 1
In the early afternoon, the group will meet up un the hotel, know each other, organize the luggage, have a backpack check with the guide, and in case but missing items or food. Following up the group will move to a climbing facility where a technical brief will be made by the Mountain Guide, and everybody will take part to a abseil class. Than back to the hotel, where some extra clothing will be given to one of the organizers. This will be taken to the members of the hike in case of need (rain, damage)
Day 2
At 6.00 AM circa a Shuttle will take you to Pedra Longa, where the trail starts. At Us Piggius get a refill of water (2 liters each) and you'll keep on walking till the bivi place. Here you'll have a typical Sardinian dinner taken by boat
Day 3
Leaving with the sunrise, you'll walk till Punta Salinas, where you'll find new water and launch food (bars, sandwiches and dry food). Keep on walking till Cala Goloritzé, where in the nearby of the Pilliar you'll have a light dinner (dry food and sandwiches) and sleep.
Day 4
Start at the sunrise, start the technical part of the trail (abseils and climbing) walk till the bivy place, where you'll have a warm dinner with fresh food
Day 5
Leave not too early, the 4th stage is "easy", and get to cala Sisine, where in the late afternoon you'll be picked up by a rubber boat to get back to Santa Maria. This is my favorite part, where you "rewind" the adventure movie you just had, being able to see from a comfortable position all the pieces, the abseils, remembering the joy and the suffering of this incredible adventure.
Back to the hotel.
If the sea is too rough, the comeback will be done via 4X4
